    WHO-5 Wellbeing Index

The WHO-5 is a five-question check-in developed by the World Health Organization. It measures your general well-being over the last two weeks — how cheerful, calm, rested, active and interested in life you've felt. It isn't a diagnosis. Your score runs from 0 to 100: higher means better well-being, and a score of 50 or below suggests your mood may be low enough that it's worth talking with a professional. It takes about two minutes.

Please answer each question based on your experiences over the past two weeks.

Not a diagnostic tool. This screening is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide a clinical diagnosis. Please consult a licensed mental health professional for a formal evaluation.
